Joan, as Co- Director of Sales at 301 East 50th Street, completed the successful sell-out of all 57 units in a new development condominium designed by Cook Fox and located in Midtown East. She is also the resident broker specialist at her Park Avenue co-op in Carnegie Hill. Joan is a longtime supporter of many philanthropic organizations including the Alzheimer's Association, Make-a-Wish foundation, Doctors Without Borders, Smile Train, Memorial Sloane-Kettering Cancer Center and Global Colors.
